The origin and Nature of Quantum Decoherence and its effect on the emergence of physical properties at the mesoscopic scale is still a matter of large debate. In molecular junctions, it has been demonstrated that decoherence emerges when the conjugation type of the molecule goes from cross conjugation (Quantum Coherent Situation) to linear conjugation. Moreover, Yakir Aharonov and David Bohm showed that the nature of electronic interference can be influenced by the electromagnetic vector potential even in the absence of a magnetic field interacting with the electronic wave, giving raise to unexpected interference patterns. Here, we study a similar effect (Inverse Aharonov-Bohm Like Effect), where a magnetic molecule (Spin Trimer) that deposited in the middle of Pc2 sheets, is then embedded in a ferromagnetic tunneling junction, and hence comprehension of the effect of the quantum interference exhibited in the Pc2 sheets on the magnetic ordering of the molecule is pursued.
