BUP Symposium 2020

Baltic University Programme (BUP) together with partners will organize a sustainability symposium for the first time at Uppsala University Campus Gotland

The BUP Symposium 2020 will highlight the research and education conducted in the region within the sustainability field. The symposium will include one day of parallel activities, and two research conferences.

BUP Parallel activities
PhD Supervisor Collegium, workshop on BUP Course Modules; Campus Gotland ESD Learning Lab on Transformative Learning; presentation on the Sustainable Campus Initiative; presentations and excursion on Sustainable Tourism.


25-26 August
BUP Research Forum: Research and Innovation for a Sustainable Baltic Sea Region
Theme sessions: Climate Change and Renewable Energy, Sustainable Food Systems, Sustainable Water Resources, Urban-Rural Development, Sustainable Mobility, Circular Economy, Sustainable Tourism, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and Sustainable Societies.
