A teaching portfolio, sometimes called pedagogical portfolio, is a compilation of your teaching qualifications. The portfolio is used for appointments of staff and promotions as a way of assessing the pedagogical competence. In this first seminar we will introduce what a pedagogical portfolio is in a general and comprehensive way.

This is the first out of three support seminars/workshops for creating effective teaching portfolios, offered by TUR. In a later second seminar we will link the portfolio to the criteria for teaching expertise used in the appointment process. Finally, a third workshop you will get the opportunity to get feedback on your portfolio.

No sign up needed.

Note: This seminar will focus on appointments and promotions but not distinguished teacher ("excellent lärare") promotion. There is a special seminar series for those of you planning to apply for distinguished teacher promotion.

Welcome!
